What is an OTP API?+
An API that gives your code a phone number on request and returns the one-time password (OTP) that an app sends to it by SMS. With SNSOTP you call POST /orders with a service and a country, then read the code from GET /orders/{id}.
How fast does the code arrive?+
Usually within a minute after the app sends the SMS. Poll the order every 3 to 5 seconds, or keep the console inbox open: it refreshes by itself.
What happens if no code arrives?+
If no SMS arrives in 20 minutes, the order closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself. You can also cancel earlier with POST /orders/{id}/cancel for a full refund as long as no code has arrived.
Can I get a second code on the same number?+
Yes. After the first code, call POST /orders/{id}/resend (or press Another code in the console) and ask the app for a new SMS. It arrives on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.
Which apps and countries can I use?+
182 services in 154 countries, from WhatsApp, Telegram and Google to OpenAI, Amazon and Uber. For a service that is not listed, order Any other app: every SMS sent to the number in the window is returned.
Is there a sandbox or a test mode?+
Every order is a real order, and an order without a code costs nothing because it is refunded in full. Start with the cheapest country for your service while you build, then move to the country you need.
How do I authenticate?+
Create an API key in the console and send it as a bearer token: Authorization: Bearer sok_... The key is shown once; replace it at any time and the old key stops at once.
What are the rate limits?+
300 requests per minute per key and up to 20 open orders per account at the same time. Finish or cancel an order to open a new one.
Do you support the SMS activation format?+
Yes. Besides the REST API, the same key works with the common handler_api.php format (getNumber, getStatus, setStatus, getPrices, getBalance), so existing scripts can switch by changing the base address.
How do I pay?+
Add credit in the console through the checkout: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC. The minimum top-up is $30. Your first top-up gets a bonus: +20% from $100, +25% from $200, +30% from $300 and +35% from $500.
Do I need an email to sign up?+
No. Your account is one access token that your browser makes when you sign up. Save it: it is the only way to sign in, and it cannot be recovered if you lose it.
Can I withdraw my credit?+
Credit is used for orders and is not paid out. Refunds for orders without a code go back to your credit at once.
