Privacy Policy

This page explains what we keep when you use SNSOTP.

What we store

• Account: a protected form of your access token, an account code, your credit and the time you signed up and last signed in.
• Orders: the service, country, number, price, status and the SMS codes received in the window.
• Payments: the amount, method and status of each top-up from the checkout.
• API: a protected form of your API key and its last four characters.
• Security: the IP address and device type at sign-up, used to limit abuse.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or card details. Payments are handled by the checkout provider.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and a first-visit source cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on the Account page of the console when it has no credit and no open orders. Records that must stay for accounting are kept without your token.
