Refund Policy

You only pay for orders that deliver a code.

Automatic refund

Each order has a 20 minute window. If no SMS arrives in that window, the order closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself. You do not need to ask.

Cancel before a code

While the status is waiting you can cancel the order in the console, with POST /orders/{id}/cancel, or with setStatus 8 in the SMS activation format. The full price returns to your credit at once.

After a code arrives

Once a code has arrived the order is delivered and is not refunded. You can still ask for another code on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.

Credit and top-ups

• Refunds always go to your credit, not to a wallet or card.
• Credit is not paid out.
• First top-up bonus: +20% from $100, +25% from $200, +30% from $300, +35% from $500. The bonus is credit for orders and is not paid out.
